what does 1st base 2nd base 3rd base and all the way home mean? i feel kinda stupid because people are always like did you get past 1st base? and stuff. thanks.

i didnt read the other answers so im sorry if mine is the same. but, it's basically stuff you do with the opposite sex. or the same sex if your gay or whatever. anyway, they are different depending on who you are/where youre from. the answers may vary, but the following is what i most commonly hear:
1st - kissing/making out
2nd - touching the girls boobs
3rd - oral; guy eating out the girl or the girl giving the guy a blow job.
home base/"all the way home" - having sex.

1st - French kissing
2nd - hand jobs
3rd - oral
4th sex

Its different for a lot of people. It depends on what your opinion is. But heres a GENERAL explanation:
First Base = French kissing [open mouth/tongue.]
Second Base = Touching girl's breasts. AKA "Feeling up."
Third base = Touching the other person's private areas or genitals. Handjob, fingering, etc.
Homerun = sex. vaginal intercourse.
