another thing

thanks but a couple things, 1. im 15 year old so i cant really go to the dentist cause my parents will find out. 2.it is only receeding 2-3 mm on 1 tooth and like 1 on the other 2 teeth. since its only on few teeth what can i do to fix this problem besides quiting becuase i enjoy dipping. would it help if i just cut down alot. i no its long but you seem to know what my problem is

It would help if you cut down alot, yes. but unfortunately, it won't cure your problem and they will carry on receding... Just at a slower rate. Once your teeth get in a bad state, the only thing left to do will be to remove them. and I doubt you would want that at 15 years old.
I understand you enjoy dipping and it probably will be hard to stop.
Hopefully viewing some of these pictures will help you get a clearer picture of what harm you are causing not only to your teeth, but the rest of your body:

It's not too late. Although you can't reverse what has already happened, you can prevent it from becoming worse :)
Take good care of your teeth and clean them thoroughly (i put step by step instructions how to in your previous question)
