Mkay, so there's this guy that I like, riiiight? Durh, you know that. Well, I've liked him for two years, and about a year and a half of that time I've been, like, IN LOVE WITH HIM. We've talked about the possibility of a relationship, but he keeps saying that he's not into me, even though everyone who sees us together says he is! And then we went out for dinner the other night and he called me honey. I was like "I'm not your honey" and he was like "You might as well be". So now I have nooooo idea what to do! Gimme sum lovin advice, A! <3333

Maybe he's just 1st season Peyton-ish? lol. Or hes afraid of committment or is afraid of ruining a friendship if the two of you didn't work out. Stepping up with your feelings first can be a hard thing, believe me.
