alriight so my friend lucy used to be like my best friend. she moved but we still kept in touch and hung out every now and then. it's hard though becaus we're both busy with our lives. we always plan on hanging out but it kinda falls through, and i was gonna go to a party at her house for her birthday but they were all getting drunk so i didnt go. i want to hang out with her, but every time we've tried its fell through so i haven't seen her for a year (except when i saw her for like 2 seconds at the beach). i know if you're truly friends no matter how long its been it'll be like old times, but i just dunno what to do when we're together. i dont wanna just hang at my house because that would be boring. any ideas or helpp? thanks

Try going to the movies and spending time with her there. Maybe a fast food place where you guys can sit a chat about whats been happening since you havn't seen each other. The beach just go have some fun there and just plan something special and you both will have alot of fun! [ kiran's advice column | Ask kiran A Question ]

Well, what do you both have in common? I recently started hanging out with an old friend, and we have gone to the movies, I've helped him shop for presents, and we've gone to eat dinner together. I would probably suggest the going to eat thing cause everyone's got to do it, and if you go to a place like Denny's, you can chat and catch up on everything. Hope that helps.
