Bright hair- use color glaze like John Frieda for 3 times a week . Then use Neutragena's Triple Moisture hair mask once a week.
Lips smaller- try using nude color glosses on lips.
Eyes smaller- maybe using black eyeliner on the inner rims.
Singer- involve yourself. anything at school that involves singing do it. try going to a voice coach and a recording company. try to sing at parties and stuff to get yourself known.

*1* what do you mean about "glass gloss" hair? do you mean shiny hair? well Pantene Pro-V has a new shampoo & conditioner called Ice Shine. It makes your hair really really shiny the first time you use it! it actully says on the bottle the first time you use it, it makes your hair 30% more shiner. heres the website to it: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
*2* try using a light lipstick/lipgloss to make your lips look smaller. darker shades of lipstick or lipgloss make them look bigger, lighter shades make them look smaller.
*3* to make your eyes look smaller, when you apply eyeliner don't do it to the top lid. do it only on the bottom lid but instead of under the eyelashes, draw the eyeliner above the eyelashes. sorry if this sound confusing lol well when you pull your bottom lid down you see that white line in the inner lid and you draw the line there. lol it actully makes eyes look smaller.
*4* to become a singer, all you have to do is take lessons and practice, practice, PRACTICE! maybe even take some voice lessons and join the school choir. that`s the only way to become a better singer!

Hair: Pantene ProV Ice Shine, many of my friends use it and they love it. Also, rinse your hair for a FULL 2 minutes in the shower, the residue totally dulls hair. Try not to condition too much either, this can also dull hairs luster.
For the lips, theres not a whole lot you can do. Lip liners and darker colors only make lips look larger. So try a sheer color or play up your eyes more to direct attention to them instead of your lips.
For your eyes, the darker the smaller. Put liner on the upper/lower inner lids then put mascara on the top lashes. Be sure not to overdo it, you don't want to look trashy and cheap.
For the singing, I'm not totally sure. Personally, I'm not even into American Idol. I recommened looking up a local agency in your area or starting with voice lessons.
