hey, normally the gyno cannot tell if you masterbate a lot. if you do it a lot to yourself like at least once a day or if you get fingered a lot your vagina will be a little stretched out. its perfectly normal for a girl to masterbate and experience those feelings. if they do however find out they will not say anythinng to you because like i said its normal for a girl.
