Ok,well i think im generally a skinny person,it runs in the family. But I've been getting this fat UNDER my belly. i really hate it,what are some things to get rid of this? what is this area called,and maybe do you think it would just be bloating? i didnt get my period yet,though. anyways, what are some fitness for indoors i could use to get rid of it with in 10 days? i started doing crunches but im not sure if that helps. anything i should do diet wise? i've never had this problem befor. ANYTHING will help!!! thankyou in advance.

Do lots of running..What this will do is build your tummy up..It wont take the fat away..Do sit ups..Wich will make your tummy strong.Eat HEALTHY...No junk...And rember look after your body..Exercuse with it...Trust me it will work..
