Own Internet Service??
would it be possible to make your own internet service if you have a server. Like withought paying an internet company could you access the internet with your own service? if so how would you make one?

if you mean, be an internet service provider for yourself or others, no. You need to buy up the physical cable/phone/fiber optic to be an ISP. It would cost many hundreds of thousands of dollars per city. If you want free internet, you can get free or really cheap slow dialup, do a search for free dialup.
If you mean host a website, yes, that's actually pretty easy.
