soo i have this friend..i like her alot but shes soo shy all the time. and i was recently talking to this guy from her school and he said that she was actually kind of a loser because she never talked to anyone. whenever she does talk, she's always kind of awkward and i can't really have a good conversation with her without some awkwardness in it. if you get wat i mean!? she would be likeee such a fun person if she got a better personality.. how can i help her so she can make more friends at school and such?

She's probably afraid to be herself because she doesn't want to be judged. People are talking crap about her yet she hasn't done anything. That's very harsh of your friend to title her a loser just because she lacks confidence. It's comments like that that will make a girl over analyse herself & forget her true nature.
If you like this girl, dismiss that comment & focus on finding the root of her shyness. You might unlock something that this girl has never been able to share. Your friendship will grow. She will grow to trust you. You have to be firm & be there for her...a pillar...stick up for her, listen to her. The key to start helping someone get out of their shell is to embark in fun activities.
