When your at school, go on about it (not too much though, you don't want to put them off, just enough to get them excited. Talk about movies you'll be shooting soon and get your friends to star in them too. That way, your friends will tell other people about them. Include the link on your bebo, myspace, myyearbook, livejournal, flixster and any other sites your on. Put the link as part of your msn name and email all your contacts sending them the link and telling them to watch it and send the link to all their contacts. It should work!

Advertise it. Link the site to your myspace, xanga, myyearbook, tagworld, AIM, etc..
And also making a lot of clips can attract some people, and also to try to get a really good rating on it so it will become popularized being on the list for top videos.
