all my life ive had a thin tall fisique. I'm 14, about 5'5'' and i weight about 110 pounds. I really like my legs, until people thought i was aneroxic when they looked at them. I can't help it, im naturally thin & fit. But i hate HATE how skinny my arms and calfs (lower legs) are! They are soo skinny and i would look better if i gained some meat on them. It's just i eat SOO much, but it all goes to my stomach, or butt. I wanna get more meat on my calfs and arms but i dont know how! what can i do?! please help. are there any drinks i can get so i can have more meat on my bones! what about exercies. i would also like to tone up my thighs/butt along with my stomach, so what do you think i shoudl do! Ahh thank you!
p.s. my family i sskiing too. my mom is 5'4'' and weighs 107 and my sister is 5'4 and weighs 103. they cant help it, there just naturally really thin not matter how much they eat!

I have sort of chubby thighs and calfs and I would kill for thinner legs. Besides, A tall and thin figure sounds to me like a model. Also, sometimes people call thin people aneroxic when they are jealous because they want to be thin!
But if you really want a little muscle, try working out some. Some really simple exercises for your legs and arms, just maybe 2 or 3 times a week. You can get plenty of magazines to help you find some exercises. I reccamend Prevention magazine.
