i really want to loose 15-20 pounds by beginning of march. it's hard around the holidays & everything but i really dont like the way my clothes look on me and i just feel so fat and i want to feel hot and feel good aout myself so can someone please give me tips to aide me in eating & exercise? PLEASE PLEASEEEEEEEE im desperate
as for eating, the best thing to eat during this cold season is Clementines (a type of orange where you peel). They realyl fill you up. they dont have too much calories and they fill you up. Also try to eat less at night than in the morning. Night when you go to sleep and all the stuff you ate will stick with you when you are sleeping cause you dont move. I try to eat all my sweets in the morning so i can get energy. Its also "OK" to eat some sweets in the morningbecause you will burn them up by the end of the day.
Also, instead of eating a lot of ice cream, eat a low fat ice cream, or go for a sorbet.
Think about it, one chocolate can be the same amount of calories as an apple.
See if you are at normal weight and make sure what you are doing is for you and not for others and the way they feel about you. I am not going totell you people who have died from struggled weight, and committed suicide from it.
But I will say this. In stead of eating the normal 2,000 calories a day, eat 1,500 calories a day mark off everything you eat, and their calories at the end of the day, everyday, before you go to bed.

7. buy lots of fruit, do not by products that had fat in it and the suddenly switched to fat free. eat the original no fat stuff
8. eat nothing 3 hours before bedtime except a plate full of green grapes
9. check the mirror, not the scale, every morning. most weight is burnt off over knight, so take a nice shower before bed.
10. Be happy for yourself and not for others, stand strong and stay focused.

Okk.. this is what i do.. i eat healthy for the whole day.. and allow myself one small treat! When I want more.. I just think about myself in a week.. eating that candy bar could've saved me some poundss which would last a while.. or eat it which will last me 2 min. ya knoww? Sit ups are great for burning stomach fatt. Another thing that's really good is sitting in a v-seat, and raising && lifting your legs slowly burn off more calories compared to crunches. Go onto google for ways to burn of fatt quickly!
As for the eatingg.. that's the hardest. Since it is the holiday allow yourself a couple of cookies.. but not too many. If you really want look for a recipie of low fat cookies, and bring them to the party or gathering.. that way you're healthy!! Good luckk :D

Here are some things you could do to loose weight, if you are wanting to loose weight around your stomach area and develop some abs then you should deffinantly do crunches. Crunches work very good in that area. But if you are wanting to loose weight just all over, then you should think about running a mile everyday. My friend did that and she looks so much skinnier now. & when you run ware alot of layers of clothes, because when you sweat that brings more fat out, I surely recommend running, it really works. But if you are looking for something easier you could perhaps try dancing, dancing works very well too. Or you can go to a heated pool, and swim it really works too! Or you can just get a membership at the gym, and hop on a tread-mill =)! Those are just some things you could do! You should also eat healthy, that`s the number one way to loose weight, because you can`t just work out and then eat like a pig. You should eat alot of salad for instance tuna salad if you want some good taste in it. Eat alot of fruit & steamed vegetables those are very healthy.
