I had sex about 16 days or so ago. It was the day after the end of my last period. 4 days later I felt really sick all day and didn't improve until the next day, i felt very nauseaous and like i was going to throw up. It came through in waves and I couldn't really eat during that day. A week after I had sex I started getting very sore breasts; I get that about a week before I'm due to get my period; that's how I know it's coming. Anyway, they've been sore since then and today (17 days later) I now have my period. I'm freaked out because it's only been 17 days, I never get it that soon, I'm regular usually every 28-33 days. It's only my first day today and I'm not experiencing heavy period pain and cramps like I usually do. My stomach is a little sore but that's all. Also, it's kind of heavy for my first day. Do you think that sounds like I could be pregnant? I know a lot of people would say no because i have my period, but some women do bleed during their pregnancy or still have their first or second period after.
Thanks so much to anyone who can help me with this.
xx2momma2xx answered Sunday December 17 2006, 10:27 am: I had a my period twice in my first 2 months of pregnancy. I was lucky enough not to get the morning sickness, but I did get the sore breasts. You may want to get a pregnancy test to be posotive, and if your not pregnant, check with your doctor and tell him what happend just to be sure there is nothing wrong. But don't panic...A few years ago before I was pregnant(I am now 7 months), I got my period twice in one month and I got scared that I was pregnant(and I didn't want to be, because the guy I was with, was a jerk and I was planning on leaving him). I totally freaked and when I asked my mom to take me to the doctor, he said it was simply stress. Either way... it will all work out. Good luck.
