food Well I always say I am going to go on a diet and when i do I end up eating a bunch of bad food. And I can't seem to stop. Also what are some good excrises?

Hmm its from deprivation.
When you deprive yourself from bad food, its gonna make you want it even more.
So what you should do is give yourself a little treat and lessen the portions as the days go on.
Once your body gets used to it, it wont want it anymore.
As for excercises, there are many .
Try walking with your friends or alone.
Running and jogging burn good calories.
Walking uphill will increase heart rate, as does running and jogging.
Or doing crunches will work up a sweat, and jumping jacks.
Little things can help
