Sharing sex toys probably isn't a good idea. If she's having sex, there's always the possibility of an STD no matter how minor the disease may be. In the future, put a condom on the vibrator just to be safe. You don't really have to, but it's probably in your best interest.
There are two main reasons as to why you probably started bleeding again. You either ripped your hymen (popped your cherry) or you weren't lubricated well enough, and the vibrator caused friction against your skin causing you to bleed. Either way, both are normal. When you bleed after sexual activity, it's most likely you broke your hymen. You'll see spotting anywhere from a few minutes to a few days on average. It's normal.
