Two, it's common sense. Talk slower. Well, not too slow. People might think you're retarded or something. [ xY0M0MMAx's advice column | Ask xY0M0MMAx A Question ]

If your school does not offer that, or you dont attend a school. You can do speaking exercises. & Speak slowly and make sure that you anunciate your words.
Try going through syllables and clapping with each one to get the feel of words, read alot, and practice speaking outloud when youre by yourself.
There are also some medical procedures that can be done, possibly dentistry work if your mouth is mis-shapen, or your teeth and maybe tahts why youre stuttering.
I advise to go to a dentist and ask if there is anything wrong that may be preventing you from stutteing. Or go to a doctor and ask them if there is anything that can be done, any at home exerices too, that would help correct that problem. I know it can be taken care of. I saw something on it on a talk show one time but they had this thing programmed in their brain that straightened out their speech. but that was only for extremely severe cases.
