back acne

mk so i have bad chest/back/shoulders acne. is there anything i can buy at the market that would help? even a little help?

pleasseeee help. I'm gonna have to wear a dress for a dance soon and i dont want my boyfriend to be grossed out.

Btw, dont say proactive. that kind of thing is too difficult to put on the chest/shoulders/back and is too hard to find in my town..

Well I know there is a Neutragena thing called Body or something. I don't know if its good, but you could try it.
