words ok, this might seem like a weird question. But I just told my mum about this problem i'm having and she got really worried and told me i have to stop at once. it got me a bit freaked that i might have some mental problem or something, my mum just said so...
So, here's the problem: Every single thing i read and every single word i look at i have to read backwards. My mind just tells me to read it backwards and i can't stop. No matter how hard i try i can't stop myself. I know, I know, this is probably really stupid, but just thought id ask.
thanks

something like this can be some sort of dyslexia. even though you can spell and stuff, this may still me just one symthom of it. ♥ megan ]
though you can spell, you still might have dislexia. there are different forms, and you sound a lot like what i have. i'm not saying you do! so don't worry. but ask a pro. they'll be able to help. okay?
hope that helped

It still sounds like dyslexia to me, there are different forms, not all dyslexics have trouble spelling. Get it checked out. ]
I'm no expert, but you should check this site out:

and look at the symptoms..you they apply to you, you should see a specialist about it. ]
First of all - don't panic! Your mum sounds like she's taking this a little too dramatically. Yes, it could be something called compulsive behaviour, but if it only started a while ago, it will most probably stop the same way it started. What you can and should do is talk to a counselor or a psychologist, whoever works at your school, and share your concern with them. It's not stupid, it's something that millions of people have experienced in one form or another. It's hard to make yourself stop doing it, but it will be easier with professional help. Good luck! ]
Hrm... You may well be dyslexic, which would suck. Dyslexia doesn't have to show up early, it can appear when you least expect it. Ask a specialist at your school. ]
