we're good friends...but he wants to be more
me and this guy are good friends...we tell eachother things that our best friends don't even know...we get along good...and now he wants to ask me out...i think i like him...but i'm not sure...what do i do?...cause i also don't want to turn him down...

It sounds like he is someone you already trust with things so I think you should give it a try.
If it just feels to weird after you go out a couple of times, just tell him so and go back to being friends.
As a matter of fact, let him know right up front if he asks you out. Tell him you'd love to go out with him but if it starts feeling weird to either of you
then you go back to just being friends.
A tip: Do not treat each other differently just because you are dating. Act with each other as you do now. Sometimes in the quest to impress or be the perfect girlfriend/boyfriend, you start holding back or keeping your feelings to yourself.
Don't let that happen and it will work out fine. :)
