If a 19-yr-old male is hit in the area where his penis and testicles are, is it possible that he won't be able to have kids? We're talking really PUNCHED a couple of times and kicked too. If you can, please give me a source or something. I really want to know.

It's possible, but unlikely. This person would have to check with their doctor to be sure, but in all probability they will be just fine. :)
I think the bigger issue is that someone (you?) may have had this happen to him. If it happened to you or someone you know get the police involved. Doing that to someone assault. Anyone who assaults another person should be arrested! Good luck.

If a guy gets hit hard enough, and I mean HARD enough, it is possible for him to not be able to have kids.
