How long does it take to burn fat?
IS it 30 minutes?
And How exactly does your metabolism work?
And what does it do?

30 minutes a day is fine. Shoot for 4-5 days a week & you'll see results.

Metabolism is basiclly how quickly your body burns off what you eat, and at what rate. It's defferent for everyone & you can inherit it from your parents. However, this CAN be changed through good diet & exercise (or lack thereof) and isn't a "risk factor" or something you're stuck with, like a predisposition for high cholesterol. It can be managed and changed relatively easily.

Okay, so depending on how strenuous the workout is, it changes the rate...but normally, it takes 30min for your body to use the fat that's already floating around in your body. After that your body starts to use your stored fat so normally working out for an hour will burn a fair amount of fat depending on how hard the workout is.
