im bi, and there is this kid in my class who i like. when i was walking down the hall way one day he was staring at me and when i was standing up talking to the teacher he was satring at me there too. wat do you think this means? he likes me?

You honestly can't tell in this kind of situation. Sure, whenever people like other people, they'll be caught staring at them or glancing at them, but if you were just standing up to talk to the teacher, he honestly could've just been looking at you. Kind of like how whenever someone enters the classroom and it's all quite, everyone seems to sychronizingly look up at the person in the door all at the same time? It's kind of just what people do. They watch other people.
So I really can't tell you if he likes you or not. What I would do is just try talking to him more if you don't already talk to him ; make conversation then and get to know him and see if any feelings develop that way and if he sends you any signals. That's the only real way you're going to know how he feels.

Well, you could have just caught him in the mid-point of him glancing at you, as it is bound to happen...you look at one person and they just happen to be also looking at you. It happens. However, you probably made it obvious to him that you like him, so he is might be picking up those signals. It's not certain though that he likes you, but you should pursue it anyway.
