how do you tie a shirt? like if its long, and you wanna make it smaller you tie a part of the bottom. if you help me find a good website, thatd be good.

ummm i think i know what you're talking about..
grab the extra in the back like a ponytail.
and then take a ponytail holder, or rubberband and tie it in a ponytail (the extra part of the clothes)
and then you can tuck it under if you want so it doesn't show.

Just roll it up and tie it in a regular single knot. As mentioned before, a lot of people just use a hair tie too. :)

I know that a lot of people at my school take hair ties and just scrunch up the long part of the tee shirt and wrap the hair tie around the "scruncehd" part. This works pretty well I think. It might look a little weird if lots of people don't do it at your school, though =]
