well if u are a brave one you could just kiss him and see what happens or you could just make it a point that you too hang out alot together alone if you are serious about asking him out then just be like you know we should hang out sometime then after that time you hangout say something like we should make this a permanate thing

any ways goodluck=]

Don't suddenly go and ask "Wanna go out?"

Invite him to hang out with your friends and his friends can come to. Move as a group for a while. Go to the movies, someones house, mall, go bowling with several other people.

After you think that it's time, ask him to go to a movie with you or something---together..without friends...

Or if you don't want to mess up your friendship, then when homecoming/dance whatever is coming up, ask him if he wants to go with you and if he says no, just say, "Oh, well I need to ask more people" and just act normal as if you've asked that question to other guys a million times already

start it off slow & ask him to hang out with you sometimes or ask him to come over sometime, just for him to get to know you a little better. Maybe that you could find out if he likes you as well & to see if the flirting in class is just because he thinks its funny or if its serious. Some guys are like that, they will flirt with you because they think its funny or they are bored.

Hopefuly you wont have to ask him out, he may ask you out if he gets to know you.

talk to him mabye on aim or the phone so its a little easier ask him how life and why he doesnt have a gf or who he likes and if he says he likes you tell him youn like him too if you dont you wikll scare him away and feel ebarrsed u didnt say it beack no one likes being rejected. but i think you should wait a while and if he doesnt ask you and they go ahead. maybe get to kno him better too hangout with him and help him with his life. they always like a nice girl for that. if i didnt help comment me back and ill se whta i can do update me on how it gows. i hope it allw orks out
