Cutting I started cutting when I was about 12. Then I stoped when I was 13 and half. Im 14 1/2 now and havent cut in over a year but I always feel like I need to or want too. I know theyres other ways to releave stress and stuff but I feel like this is the way I want to.. I dnt know what to do.. Im not getting help because Its been a year and I dont need to but I dk. What can I do

first cutting is soooooooooooooo not cool but do that i used to do wear a rubberband and snap it when u feel like cutting ]
if you have stress so you want to cut yourself, try listening to music or get paper and cut it up. trust me i have to sumtimes b/c i feel like nobody likes me so i have no purpose in life. really its nothing to be ashamed of but take my advise and e-mail me or sumthing if it works. i have other ideas if these dont work!!! ]
Glad to know you're getting help and that you havent cut in over a couple years. This is another test to see if you'll fall into old habits, i have a friend who does this and stops too, but it's not really healthy. if stressed out try taking three breaths and another for reasureance, then clear your mind and just let your body relax. This will help you with your stress and maybe more.

It may have been a year but if you really feel you may start cutting again please do seek some help.
OK now that I have said that, I believe the feelings you are having are probably normal. An alcoholic will always want booze, a smoker will always want a cigarette and you will probably always feel the urge to cut away your problems.
Next time you feel like cutting, change the situation. Call a friend, go for a walk, anything but cut. If that doesn't work, then please seek help. It is nothing to be ashamed of.

i only cut once and it was my knuckles..
i made me cry more then it felt good
thats a bad way to relieve stress.
i suggest focusing on something else when you want to cut.
