Ok well im a small and skinny girl who plays soccer. I cant kick very far. does anybody know any exercises i could do that could help me kick farther when kicking a soccer ball.

their are also tricks to help you kick farther. when you kick swing you hips with your leg. when your getting ready to kick take big step before you kick it and hit it full force. finally if you kick the lower half of the ball it will send it farther.

sprinting, lifting anything with your legs, anything rele that helps your quads and hamstring. also, any exercise to strengthen your abs to, core muscles are key.
