Comparing Ideas

I have to write an essay comparing two things, and I cannot think of anything to compare that isn't too general. If anyone can give me original ideas, that would be helpful.=)

Also, I can't do research for it. and It is for an AP class, so it has to have some kind of depth to the concept. .

This a bit nerdy, but I wrote a good paper years ago on the differences between Batman and Superman. If you know anything about the characters, you could pound out and essay with relative ease.
