HELP Need somthing to sing for auditions??
Well im trying out for the play brigadoon and there was a tryout today and i had nothing to sing so i sang mary had a little lamb, well i thought i needed somthing better after today so theres one more auditon tomarrow and if anyone could please recommend songs that'd be great.

Go with something you can sing well, rather than something popular. It's good if you sing something that's written for your vocal range.

They're looking for 3 things:
-how well you sing
-how you react under pressure
-and, to a lesser extent, your originality
-Ok, so go to this site:

-Pick your gender and vocal range ONLY, leave everything else blank and click submit query
-pick some random song, ones with multiple words are best, but dont click it
-copy the name of the song and go to google.com, search for it, but but it in quotes("song"), and find the lyrics
-go to audio.alltheweb.com and search for the song, again in quotes, to find an audio recording.
If you use one of the songs on that site and sing it correctly, I'm sure they'll be impressed.
