As others have already mentioned, make sure you get plenty of sleep. You might want to ask someone in your household if you snore. Seriously. Snoring can be a sign up sleep apnea (when a person stops breathing multiple times through the night) and can make a person tired and have dark circles no matter how many hours they "sleep".
Drink more water, to hydrate yourself.
And also, when putting makeup of any kind under your eyes, put some moisturizer under there first. This helps the makeup go on much smoother, look less clumpy, and keeps it from gathering so much into any fine lines. [ DangerWench's advice column | Ask DangerWench A Question ]

There is no way you are getting wrinkles at 15. Your skin is still producing collagen and elastin at a high rate. Elastin is what makes your skin bounce back into place every time you make a facial expression. Your skin goes through a process called cell renewal, which is basically your skin's natural way of exfoliating, and at 15, that process is still going strong. Signs of aging, especially around the eye is just not possible for a 15 year old. As you age collagen and elastin production reduces and cell renewal slows, and that is what causes wrinkles.
The lines you see are probably from a lack of hydration. You need to drink a lot of water and make sure your skin is hydrated if it's usually dry. And if you are really concerned about wrinkles make sure you stay out of the sun and don't smoke.
As for the dark circles, more water may help but overall there is nothing you can do to get rid of them. You can cover them up with concealer but you have to be willing to spend about $20 for it. Cheap makeup doesn't work. [ gaffagirl1's advice column | Ask gaffagirl1 A Question ]

They never go away, and when I get the least bit tired, it gets even darker. The only thing that does the trick for me is Covergirl Smoothers, Neutralizer. It makes a fine line at first, but once you rub it in, it works great.
