If its muscle, muscle weighs more than fat, and youre fine.
I dont suggest losing ALOT of weight because I dont think that would be necessary. Just exercise and do crunches/situps/ & run to tone your body. That will turn the fat into muscle & might make you weigh a little more but you'll be healthy.
If you feel like you have an overeating problem then limit yourself. Discipline yourself if you feel that youre 'overeating'. Maybe put a rubberband on your wrist and snap it whenever you feel an urge to eat more than you should.

fill it out and it will tell you that you have a BMI of 23 %, and that you should stay like your are. But of you weigh 150 with your height it says to do more exercising.
