My weight Im a female
im about 5'7 and i weigh 145 lbs.
But im muscular
Do i need to loose alot of weight?
I've been on a diet for like 3 years
but i have like an over eatting problem , so you know...

you really arent overweight because females who are 5'7 should weigh like 135-145 pounds soo your fine.
AND girl if its muscule then you could kick some booty.... lol.

Average weight for someone who is 5'7" is 135 pounds, so you're not necessarily overweight persay.
If its muscle, muscle weighs more than fat, and youre fine.
I dont suggest losing ALOT of weight because I dont think that would be necessary. Just exercise and do crunches/situps/ & run to tone your body. That will turn the fat into muscle & might make you weigh a little more but you'll be healthy.
If you feel like you have an overeating problem then limit yourself. Discipline yourself if you feel that youre 'overeating'. Maybe put a rubberband on your wrist and snap it whenever you feel an urge to eat more than you should.
Then reward yourself when you lose a pound by treating yourself to a snack or something. [: ]

fill it out and it will tell you that you have a BMI of 23 %, and that you should stay like your are. But of you weigh 150 with your height it says to do more exercising.
