getting better grades
I use to always get A's! Now i keep getting very grades on test even though i study. My friends don't even study and they get great grades! How can I improve my grade?

You really need to know your downfall. Do you do badly on tests? Do you do badly on homework? Do you pay attention? Do you participate?
You may wish to speak with your teachers about where you are losing marks.
Make sure you are always paying attention during classes as well.
Try study groups with your friends and taking extra time on homework, assignments and studying.
When you are in class doing a test, take your time and check every answer.
Once you have figured out what is, I suggest reasking your question for more detailed advice.
Also, try getting extra assignments or retaking tests, if your teacher allows it.

The only thing i can say is just get different study skills. Maybe outlines might help you
