im 13 and i'm a girl. i really like this boy, but he never likes me. i mean, he's told me 3 times that he's liked me before, but just never asked me out. i really like him, but idk. he's broken me down a lot, but he's always been there for me when i needed him most. he gives me hugs sometimes when im sad, and he makes me laugh, but he also makes me cry. what should i do?

This is a tough one. I've been in your situation before and frankly it can suck.But never fear! I've gotten out of theses situations. He sounds like a really amazing friend being there for you when you need him and all so preserve that. If you guys stay really close friends and it sounds like you are he'll eventually see the great girl right in front of him. For now do things you would do with all your other friends get him holdiay/birthday presents celebrate achivements hang out! The more quality time the better.
