i dont know what has been wrong with me lately. whenever im at school, i dont wanna hang out with my friends because i feel like they are leaving me out of things & i feel like im going to cry. can you help me with this?

I thought I had this same problem, if you think that way, you'll feel like you're excluded more and more. What I did was kind of get together with my friends and basically tell them that we don't spend enough time together... Then we started doing a dinner at someone's house every other week. If they're not inviting you or including you in their plans, make plans and include them. As far as school goes, try to be social with everyone in your group rather than just chatting it up with one friend at a time. You really have to include yourself to feel included, that's how friendships work. Hope I helped... good luck && keep me posted. -Angel
