can they still do it
my belly button has been pierced numerous times.....UNPROFESSIONAL! can i ever get it professionally done....or can't they do it cause of the scarred tissue????

as long as you are of age, then you can do whatever! before you get it pierced though, you might want to numb it because when the needle goes through the scarred tissue it will KILLLL.

People will advise you not do it, but if you're prepared to look after it well and can bare the pain of a needle going through scar tissue, go for it.

they can still pierce it no matter how much scar tissue you have. it will just hurt ALOT more then when you first did it. like, ALOOOTT more, because your skin is scared which makes it more sensitive. so if you're up for it, then i say go do it. :]
