thanx for your help have you ever done this before how do you know it works and by the way i got hurt at a game and i couldn't practice for 6 weeks

are you the cheerleader who asked about losing weight? sorry but you didn't say who you were and i answer a lot of questions. but asuming you are then yes i have done some of those things before. i know that cutting down on junk food really helps. currently since i eat a lot less junk food then i used to i weight a lot less. and soda is just unneccisary calories. i used to drink a lot of soda too. i drank a can of pepsi every night. but now i only occasionaly drink a diet coke. so i do know from personal experience that not drinking soda does help.

well since you couldn't practice for 6 weeks that might be the reason that you have gained weight. try doing some extra exercises at home to make up for the practices that you missed. trying going for a jog or doing some crunches at night. but don't overdo it or else you will just gain muscle and then you won't lose any weight.
