i fell at a game

well, maybe if you do some low-key exercise/strength training, you could get rid of the weight you gained. I've also discovered that running on an elliptical is a lot less painful than, say, jogging outside, and puts a lot less pressure on your joints. So that might help you there.


Would it actaully be beneficial for you to not be the flyer this year? I don't know much about cheerleading.. but maybe just being on the squad and ramaining active would be better for you? I'd ask your coach what she thinks.


She may also have a mroe detailed and thought-out exercise/diet plan than I do, being a sports expert and all :)
