ok i got my period when i turned 13 and im 14 now and im in high school..i still havent' used tampons yet =/ im scared can you tell me how to use them? and tips maybe?

I'm sorry, I'd really like to help, but I don't use tampons, I just use pads.

But I can research some sites for you that might help you.
