Will eating LOTS of carbs in one day cause diabetes? Usually, I watch my carbs pretty closely except probably one day a week. I don't exercise too much. I'm 16 year old female, and my parents or siblings don't have diabetes.
isis answered Sunday November 12 2006, 12:20 pm: Diet in itself does not cause diabetes, however, if you eat to the point of obesity, this can be one of the factors in developing it.
