Alone? 14/f
I hate being alone, for starters. Today, I fell asleep, and when I woke up no one was home. My mom & dad took my brother to basketball tryouts. I hate being home alone, or forgotten.. so to speak. Plus, I overeact easily & am very emotional. I then, thought I'd run away, but.. I didn't wanna leave without my dog. So, that backfired, I then was gonna try to like cut myself, but that didnt work, because I got a paper cut, & it hurt, so yeah. ha... then, I tried to look for medication, so I could like kill myself. That didn't work out.. I couldn't find any.
I get like that alot, & like in my head.. i'm telling myself this is retarded, stop it! But, I can't help it.
How can I make this better?

I felt the same way at your age. It's normal. But don't do anything to hurt yourself. It seems like you may be struggling for some attention. Talk with a school counselor or join a club or something. Prayer is always a great thing. =) ]

Im not sure if you actually have these, so im not diagnosing it.
But I suffer from panic attacks..and its always been when Ive been alone or really late at night when everyone is in bed.
It really freaks me out.
The only thing I find that works is sitting on the computer or watching a program or dvd I really like.
Although my mums about to pay £120 for a cure ..Btw NO ... NONE...ABSOLUTLEY NO medication will stop this..So dont go to your doctor asking for medication.

its can be hard now that your 14.. starting your teen year.. maybe try talking to your parent waking you up letting you know they leaving and maybe you don't wnt be alone you go to a freind house or a family memeber.but someday have to face yoru fears. maybe you tell them or ask you kunck the door and you know you feel safe. maybe try meet couple nice people in school and start a after school project. your young and you don't need put your slef alot of stress. you really want help.. try talk to your paprent or talk to school cancel with out your parents. plus you need a freind or someone talk to help you..
and remeber tonight pray.. ask god what he want you to do and don't forget he love you and have great plans for you in the future..
