don't just rush it.
it's totally okay that you havn't kissed before.
wait for the right moment. i know that's probibly not what you wanted to hear, but it's the best way.
also, do you have any boys in mind that have feelings for you? if so, ask them to hang out someday, get super flirty and close and stuff, and maybe you guys will end up kissing at the end of the day. =)
but PLEASE don't just throw it out there. it'll make you seem easy and you DON'T want that. so either wait until you find the right guy, such as a boyfriend, OR try the friend thing i said if you're REALLY that desprite. which you shouldn't be. =)

well, you should definitely wait for the right moment and guy for it. don't randomly kiss him or anything. you really want something that you can look back on and not be disappointed. don't rush into it: the time will come. just have fun: that's how it should be. when you find the right guy and stuff, you shouldn't HAVE to think about it.
