i dont know what to say

ok i was recently diognosed with cancer, i know it would probably be a good idea to tell my best friends and boyfriend but im not sure how to tell them help [and dont worry im gonna get treatment and ill lose my hair but the doctors said it] should go away.]

Well, since there your best friends and your boyfriend, they should be easy to tell. You could probalbly just come out and say it. Don't be afraid to tell them. They should like you for who you are. hope i helped! :]
