most stores sell those kind of shoes. urban outfitters, delias, hot topic (they have really cute ones with designs on them, too!) and basically any shoe store at your local mall. x

That's not a brand, it's a shoe-type.

You can buy shoes like that anywhere, though they may not be namebrand. (DC, Vans, Converse..)
Try Delias, PacSun, Walmart, Goodys, Hottopic, etc.
