i want to "HELP OUT"
but where i live, europe, its not as easy as it is in america to find out how you can do stuff like clean up certain neighbourhoods or help at a shelter or things of that sort, but i really feel like i need it, i want to help out.. there's just no special place to go around where i live. so what can i do? like just going around my block picking up trash doesn't really appeal to me haha.. so what do you think?

HElping is fun and that's why I am here. This my acvice to you. Just food for thought!
Make some business cards, or small pieces of paper and Put your name,telephone number and a catchy phrase like "Need a Helping Hand? TO busy to get the drycleaning? Don't have time to walk the dog? Call me, I can help no charge." People love free stuff!! If you are truely willing to help people for FREE, I am sure there are people in your niegborhood that would like for someone else to wash thier dog, wash thier car or watch thier kids while the parents enjoy a night out. Just by helping people around your niehborhood you will become well known and end up with plenty of helping out to do. Just because there are not any special places to go or organizations to join does not mean that you cannot start one yourself. It sounds to me like your area may need something like that. The internet is a powerful tool full of unlimited knowledge. Search for things near your area that may help you start an organization. How old are you? What kind of area do you live in? Population wise, how big? LArge city, small town, tiny village? HAHA
