ok so recentley me and my boyfriend have been great but then this other guy thought i liked him and told my friend lets call her sarah adn sarah went and told my boyfriend that i wa cheating on him and so i talked with my boyfriend and he knows i not...but its just now i cant trust my friends. and my boyfriend cant trust me

Okay, rumors are just statements made by people who have nothing better to do. Your 'friend' Sarah is just an arrogant immature person.
Ask your boyfriend if he's willing to believe some unsupported statment or you--his girlfriend. Tell him that you're the only one for you and such. Just spend a lot of time with him and try to reassure him that you're not cheating on him. Also try this:
Make him a bracelet. MAKE IT. Make one for yourself. Tie on to each other's wrists and make the knot tight so it would be hard to take off without cutting it and say that as long as you both are wearing the bracelets, you will not cheat lie or anythinglike that. just a true, trusted relationship.
