First of all, PLEASE answer this question if you're reading it because most columnists are probably trick-or-treating.
Anyways, my friends were planning on trick-or-treating at 6. It's 6:45 now. I said I'd be late because I get off work at 6, and I don't have a costume yet.
So when I got off work, I called my friends. They said they'd call me back. Now, an hour later, still no one has called. I have called them about 3 more times since. No answer.
Question: I love Halloween and always have. What do I do about this? I want to trick-or-treat. And my friends aren't the type that would blow me off. =[
If you love Halloween, but your friends just aren't into as you, GO out by yourself. You might just find someone other friends same as you love Halloween out there right now, too. [ marybethO's advice column | Ask marybethO A Question ]
MelLeDisko answered Tuesday October 31 2006, 8:20 pm: I would try giving them one more call and see if they answer you.
If not, just go by yourself! Who cares if there's someone running around with you? If you love Halloween, nothing and nobody should keep you from enjoying and NOBODY should try and stop you from getting candy. :)
So run around and enjoy yourself, but I'd have a talk about what happeend tonight with your friends and why they were so rude and didn't even call you back or anything.
Kiks answered Tuesday October 31 2006, 8:13 pm: Maybe you can try calling them once more and if they still dont pick up you could call another friend and see if you could go out with someone else. [ Kiks's advice column | Ask Kiks A Question ]
