Ok, i really like this guy and i think if i asked him out he would say yes, but the thing is my friend is acting like a complete b**** because she is flirting with him, and bothering me on prupose. She is ugh! And i just found out 3 other girls like him. What should i do?

If you think if you were to ask him out, and he'd say yes, what's stop you?! Go for it and ask him out already and beat those other girls to it! Then they'll definetely know that he's yours, and there's nothing they can do about it now, try as hard as they might.
Because believe me, there's going to be 390493 girls who like the same guy, and of course there's going to be the competitive vibe. But if you two are going out, there's nothing to worry about. Obviously he likes you the best and he wants to date you, otherwise he could've chosen one of the other girls.
