Screenshot into video?

Question Posted Monday October 30 2006, 11:35 pm

Okay, I don't know quite how to explain this .. but here goes ..

You know how you can take a screenshot of whatever you're looking at on your computer (with printscreen)? Okay, is there a program that allows you to take a screenshot of your computer .. but that will turn it into a video, showing exactly what you're doing? I'm putting together a tutorial and I've seen people do it before. It would help immensely if anyone could help me. Thank you!

The only program I have any real experience with is Fraps ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location)), and that was video-game related. If you are doing a tutorial I'm honestly not sure if this would work for you, or not.

Dunno if that will help you at all.
