weight i dont think im fat or anything, but compared to my stomach, my legs are huge. i have a lot of fat on them. i want to drop down a pants size or two.. so what type of excersizes can i do for my legs and hips? and also how much should i do these excersizes each day.. and if i do how fast will i see results?? thanks so much!

I think you should work out for at least an hour a day. I'm sure you'll see results if you work out everyday. Be sure to drink lots of water; at least 6-8 cups a day. Eating breakfest, lunch and supper will also help with the weight you want to loose. Also, don't eat after 7PM. ]
