The healthy weight range for you is 119 lbs. - 159 lbs. When you get into BMI's over 30 points, that's obese. So at 22.7, you are in no way obese. Binging is a huge problem for me too. It could be that you are depriving yourself too much and setting yourself up to pig out. The body goes into starvation mode if your diet is too austere. Try sticking to 2000 calories per day - but spread out evenly over 6 meals. Eat every 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Try to have each mini meal contain some protein. This keeps your metabolism working burning calories, and your blood sugar level even so you don't crash and pig out. Eat before you go to parties. Plan before a party and bring a healthy snack. You might need to work on your body image. You're at a healthy weight now - maybe you're comparing yourself too much to models, movie and TV stars. They are not reality. Models and celebrities weigh on the average 23% less than the norm. You should concentrate on firming up, and building muscle rather than losing weight, because you are at a healthy weight now.
