( And I do this with my chair in my corner of the room ), maybe you could purchase a bulliten board, and hang it next to your chair, and just take all your fashion drawings and regular drawings and pin them all over it in a neat order ( maybe even have two bullitens there ; one for each ) so as people sit, it looks decorative, and it's something you can review to see if you've already drawn it, etc.
OR I don't know what your walk in closet looks like, but if you have any open wall in there, maybe you could make a fashion collage of all your drawings and everything so whenever you're getting ready in the morning, you can look at pictures and see what outfits you could put together and see what colors look good together and everything.
Maybe in your storage unit, you could purchase a photo album and keep all your photography in there so it's in a very neat order and you'll know instantly where to find it. Also, if you have another storage unit, you can keep your writings and poetry all down there too.
If you want to make your room more hang out ish, I don't know if you could or if you even have the room for it, but maybe purchase a sofa or a couch or something so your friends can hang out and relax on it. Then you could take your white table and put it infront of it ( depending if it's a low table or not, I'm not sure and how big it is and everything ).
But before you do any of this stuff, you need to just go through all your draers, your closet, everything in your room and whatever you don't want, throw it in a garbage bag, whatever you don't want but you think you could sell ( might as well earn some cash ) but it maybe in a bin so you can tell the two apart.
